Just because it’s a small install, doesn’t mean it can’t be neat and these small electricians’ boxes are a prime example.
Tiamo networks have been doing lots of work over the past few weeks at a Caravan Park in North Wales where each caravan has its own internet connection.
This internet connection is provided by a fiber optic cable from a central location and at each caravan, there is a fiber termination, a media convertor (fiber optic to ethernet), and a Power Over Ethernet (POE) injector.
Previous installers would just throw all the kit inside the box with the mentality of, out of sight – out of mind. The problem with this is the next person who opens the box gets to pick up all the equipment as it falls out of the box.
This is how we leave all our installations.
